With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, we are happy to announce some of the romance-filled books we’ve read. We’ve read plenty of books that have some type of romance.
We’ve read a few slow burns such as Fourth Wing, The Jasmine Throne, Throne of Glass. Historical Romance was the largest genre with 11 books, as we’ve read through the Bridgerton series. The Good Girl’s Guide to Rakes was excellent, telling the story of two dissatisfied souls learning to trust each other and having fun breaking a few rules along the way. We’ve read about people breaking from societal bounds, Second chances, wearing disguises, and quite a few enemies-to-lovers. Among the buzz, a sports romance raised the spice level along with a few historical romances. Star Wars: The High Republic: Out of the Shadows) that demonstrates the power of second chances and giving someone the chance to love you again.
